게임 안에서 (바로 삭제)

게임을 열고 설정 → 계정으로 갑니다.
[계정 삭제]를 누르고 확인합니다.

웹에서 요청 (게임을 열 수 없을 때)

support@tossdungeon.com로 제목 「계정 삭제 요청」 이메일을 보냅니다.
내용: 닉네임, 플레이어 ID(설정 → 계정에 표시), 로그인 방식(게스트 / Google Play 게임즈 / Steam).
본인 확인을 위해 플레이어 ID가 보이는 화면 사진을 요청할 수 있습니다. 확인 뒤 7일 안에 삭제하고 완료 메일을 보냅니다.

지워지는 것

게임 계정(Unity 계정)과 연결된 로그인 정보, 닉네임
진행 상황, 기록, 업적, 가진 꾸미기, 보석 잔액(남은 유료 보석 포함, 되돌릴 수 없음)
운영자 서버에 저장된 이 계정의 게임 이용 기록

남는 것

구매 기록: 법에 따라 5년 보관 뒤 파기
문의·분쟁 기록: 3년 보관 뒤 파기
서버 로그(접속 IP 등): 최대 3개월 뒤 자동 삭제
Google Play 게임즈·Steam 계정 자체는 지워지지 않습니다. 각 서비스에서 관리합니다.
기기에 남은 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 지워집니다.

쓰지 않은 유료 보석은 구매 후 7일 안이면 삭제 전에 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다(이용약관 참고).

Delete your Toss Dungeon account

App: Toss Dungeon (com.tossdungeon.game) · Developer: happy virus

In the game (immediate)

Open the game and go to Settings → Account.
Tap [Delete Account] and confirm.

By request (if you can't open the game)

Email support@tossdungeon.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
Include your nickname, your player ID (shown in Settings → Account) and how you sign in (guest / Google Play Games / Steam).
We may ask for a screenshot showing your player ID to confirm the account is yours. We delete it within 7 days of confirmation and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your game account (Unity account), linked sign-in information and nickname
Progress, records, achievements, owned cosmetics and gem balance (including unused paid gems; this cannot be undone)
This account's gameplay data on our servers

What is kept

Purchase records: kept for 5 years as required by law, then deleted
Support and dispute records: kept for 3 years, then deleted
Server logs (such as IP addresses): deleted automatically within 3 months
Your Google Play Games or Steam account itself is not deleted; those services manage it.
Data left on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

Unused paid gems bought within the last 7 days can be refunded before you delete your account (see the Terms of Service).
